 Keep calm, the Battle of the Books is still happening, it's just a little different.... This years Battle of the Books will be on May 21, 2020. 10:00 am Grade 3/4 Battle 11:30 am Grade 5 Battle 1:00 pm Grade 6 Battle At specific times on this day, Battle teams will be meeting with their school via Zoom meetings to answer 25 District Battle questions. The school with the most correct questions answered will win the Battle. Results will be announced via Zoom on Friday, May 22nd at 10am.

A free digital book explaining Coronavirus to children (click on book image below to access).  On March 6th the Grade 5 and 6 Spaghetti Bridge Builders had the opportunity to show off their bridges at the Okanagan College Annual Spaghetti Bridge Building Competition. Great job everyone!  Come support the Casorso Library by visiting the Scholastic Book Fair Thursday, September 19th, 8:00 am - 6:00 pm & Friday, September 20th, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm  CONGRATULATIONS to all the Battle of the Books Teams!!! Our Casorso teams did extremely well. Our Grade 3/4 team of Kyla, Julianna, Julian and Callum finished in first place. Our Grade 5 team of Paloma, Jocelyn, Abby and Dax tied for 4th place and our Grade 6 team of Alex, Eva, Rhiannon and Alba finished in first place as well! Way to go Casorso!!!! We are so proud of all of your hard work!     We are hosting the Battle of the Books here at Casorso this year. There will be a total of 17 schools coming to the Casorso Gym to participate in the Battle. Go Teams Go!!!
