I am super excited to be starting another school year! This year is a big change. I have worked as the teacher-librarian at Quigley Elementary for the past 6 years and have recently moved to Casorso Elementary. I am passionate about books and reading and hope to pass this passion on to the students at Casorso. Of course, there will still be lots of other things happening in the library..... get ready for Maker space, coding, Battle of the Books, spaghetti bridge building, comic book club and so much more!!!

Teams of 4 students in Grade 3/4 and 5 participated in this year's Battle at AS Matheson Elementary. These students read 9 novels throughout the year and had to answer questions about the books in the battle. Both our Grade 3/4 and Grade 5 teams ended up in the top 10. WAY TO GO QUIGLEY!!!
