District Battle of the Books

Congratulations to our Battle of the Books teams! They competed yesterday against up to 15 other school teams from around our district.

The Grade 3/4 team consisting of Sean, Holland, Meara and Luke had to go into a tiebreaker to determine the winner and came out on top beating out North Glenmore Elementary to take first place!

The Grade 5 team consisting of Leon, Lyla, Lily, Mathilda and Fiona fought hard and finished in 5th place overall.

And the Grade 6 team consisting of Olivia, Kiera, Lilah and Milo dominated the competition scoring an unheard of 100%, answering all battle questions correctly to easily walk away with a first place finish!
